Chicken with vegetables

Chicken with vegetables is one of the special and delicious international dishes that is made with various recipes. Its simple ingredients can be prepared in mere minutes. 500g. chicken breast (chopped)

2 stalks celery (cut into julienne strips)

2 carrots (cut into julienne strips)

1 bell pepper (cut into julienne strips)

2 tbsp. paste tomato

Salt, red pepper and turmeric

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. chicken spice

1 cup water

Oil as much as required

  1. In a hot pot containing oil sauté chicken.

  2. Add carrots, celery and bell pepper. Stir and sauté them.

  3. Add salt, pepper, turmeric, spice and paste tomato.
